Customer service is horrible! Assistant Store manager Javier has no customer service skills. Doesn’t allow the customer to speak. His demeanor how he approaches the customer is very unprofessional. He stated “I don’t care if you have a shity experience, here is my name Javier”. The associates at customer did not know how to process a special order for kitchen cabinets return.

your store has the worst employees of any Home Depot I've been at they are rude they don't know anything not helpful I go in there today I wait 15 minutes to get in they tell me I have to have a mask on I walk in the store and 50% of your employees they don't have a mask on

Bn working there 16 years everyone who has kids to the age of 12 bring them to the kids workshop every 1 st Saturday of the month we are cool Home Depot employees to ask any questions just as long as y’all don’t tell me specifically u need a blind cut or some threading to a pipe lol jk
I was at the store to get plumbing parts and the cashier name Kimberly maybe has a bad day and treated me very badly she trow all my parts very hard in the cart and damage some parts treads and is not the first time I been a customer for more than 20 years I going to shop to another store with better customer service

Unfortunately, my experience at this location was not very good. The customer service at this location was very poor. There were only two associates on the floor for the entire store. I walked around for awhile hoping to find an associate. Finally found an associate who seemed to know a little of nothing. I can’t blame him though. I blame management for not staffing adequately.
