Joseph in kitchens has to be one of the most unhelpful people I have ever seen in retail. I would give him a Zero Star rating! When looking for a backsplash idea with my daughter for her new home, he sat at his desk eating cookies with little knowledge of any of the products she tried to ask him for help with.
