If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Tried to return a Rheem water heater that was leaking and still under warrantee. Called and emailed Rheem who assured me it was still under warrantee and I could return the unit to the place i bought it and get a equal replacement unit. I went to the store in Countryside Home Depot where I bought the unit in late 2019 to show them the Rheem warrantee and email correspondence with Rheem which stated the unit was still under warrantee and should be replaced with a equal unit.
