I bought a new Rheem water heater to replace the GE/Home Depot model I installed 12 years ago. Got it home and opened the box only to find a large dent in the bottom. Called the store and received fantastic service. A replacement was delivered (instead of me having to lug it back) and they even brought down into the basement for me. Really appreciated the helpful and fast support of Harriet, Duffy and Ron and Raul. I prefer the East Windsor store as always clean, organized and staffed with great people.
Very friendly environment with adequate and helpful staff. All your home needs under one roof. Also, they open early so you can start your day with the other early birds.
I love going to the east windsor HD for the monthly build. The person in charge who as for now i can't remember her name ��� is amazing she really loves what she does and she is so nice to the kids....
It a home depot just wish the staff was trained in the department they are working in. Its amazing to hear them give direction on products they have no clue what they are talking about. Clean store and always stocked just don't ask staff for advice they have no clue.
Customer service desk is well manned and always ready to help. I had problems finding the proper shades of my deck and they went out of their way to find them. I couldn't be happier.
