Customer service unprofessional I'm disappointed with this Home Depot, not so much the products but with the customer service - very unprofessional. I felt that I was asking them for a favor - the associates that I "found" reluctantly helped me with product, and the experience was not pleasant since I felt that I was being a burden. This happened more than once, with different workers; I will not be going to this location. Do not recommend. If you need this store, go to another Home Depot location.
Today I went shopping at Home depot branch 2803 S. Cicero Avenue, Cicero IL 60804 And the cashier named Jasmin was very disrespectful to me, I asked for a price match the cashiers said no, then I asked for the manager Cindy Montiel and asked if they could bring me the correct bags of soil and the manager told me that they could only give me a full pallet, I said no thanks because I just needed 10 bags of soil, So then I proceeded to finish paying for the rest of my things. … See more

I ordered a pedestal and sink. They were suppose to be delivered 5/12 and I still have not received the sink. No one will return me messages or give me more information. Home Depot, never again! I'm going to Lowes!

I left my wallet in the cart, called 15 min later and Ariel I, answered. She got my info, asked me to hold and within 2 mins was back on the phone asking my name for identity. She found it!! I got back and by chance she was the one who helped me in customer service. I am beyond thankful! I owe her literally so much. Thank you Ariel.

UPDATE*** They have deliver my refrigerator but is sitting outside my yard. HomeDepot manager and sales reps in appliances were amazing. They were nice and gave me a discount on my purchase because the third party company didn't deliver my appliance the way they should have. Recomendation to the store,, hire a new company that can do the job you are providing with the sale.
