I rated it a 1*...only because zero wasn't an option! If your store does not fire this employee, (and if you do and I don't see proof or verification) I'll be contacting the BBB and have local news stations swarming your facility!
What a disgrace. Why would the manager allow this hat to be worn? Guess shopping exclusively at Lowes. Shame on you
Worst store... Multiple gift cards that had monetary value on them mysteriously had $0. No help from customer service on the phone either. Ordered a Christmas tree online... Waited almost an hour by customer service only to not find the tree. I will never go back to this store. Cut my Home Depot credit card in pieces as we left the store.
