Waited 15 mins to get down a closed isle three employees having a good old time not even acknowledging me. Well by by Home Depot never again.
Brought a Husky 12 drawer 36 inch chest for my boyfriend for Christmas only to find out that when he opened it, there was only the bottom 6 drawer piece with the top 6 drawers missing!! I hope the staff that I trusted had a wonderful Christmas because they screwed mine!!! UPDATE: Called and spoke to Randy the next day and he was a huge help in trying to located the top chest and when they couldn't, he called another store and had it delivered to the house that same day!!
Kudos to Home Depot for their support in the hurricane relief by donating boxes & packaging tape so supplies could be boxed & shipped over to PR!!! Awesome guys!!! Truly awesome!!!
I wonder why LOWES hasn't closed. Home Depot way better hands down.

The people where helpful and very efficient with how fast they got somebody to help us and now we are almost out the door in less than 40 minutes which is more than I can say for Lowe's thank you very much to Tommy for getting Kenny to help us so thank you for all the help and getting us in an out in a little bit of time
This is the second time I went to Home Depot for a large appliance. Living is an old house with narrow doors this is always challenging. The staff was great. The woman that helped me I think her name was Jasmine deserves a raise. It seems that no one makes a dryer that will fit through the door and down into the basement. There was one hot point but it was discontinued. I've been a long time Home Depot customer. I just can't understand how a company like this can stay in business with poor customer service . I went to one of your stores in Robbinsville New Jersey on route 130. I'm was shopping for storm doors . I had to replace two of them , sound simple you think. Unfortunately that's wasn't the case. The storm doors were advertised for $100 each. OK sounds simple I get the two doors that I need proceeded to check out....Continue Reading
