Ordered online paid for next day delivery. Their third party Brooklyn Van messenger called me back stating they did not have the right truck for the delivery and will need to reschedule this was on the day of the delivery three hours before the end of the delivery window. Now day two and the delivery guy called saying he was picking up the items and an hour later when I call back he tells me Home Depo did not fill the order. The sales are amazing and they provide great customer service.
Ordered fencing and roofing materials. Never got my delivery. I took a day off from work. They put you on hold then hang up on you. I went over there to get a refund. They said the system was frozen. My order never went through and still got charged. They said that I would get a credit and would call me. Nothing happened and I had to call credit services to get this fixed. Now I have to re order everything
I’m a General Contractor, recently waited 15 - 20 mins for 2 blinds to be cut, no one came, went to customer service and asked for a manager, only assistant manager available. They paged him saying customer assistance in isle 23 home decor, and waited an additional 20 mins and he never came, left and went to Lowe’s, had my blind cut and was in and out in no time. Sorry way to treat contractors or anyone for that matter!
Most of the idiots working there didn't even know they had a job. Worst Home Depot I have ever been in.
The store is nice but some of the workers are unprofessional but my cashier was nice
Always a mess. I did get assistance from a couple employees. I was forced to ask when the website went glitchy. Long checkout lines. Annoying security at the door always wanting to see my receipt, but never really looking at it. Just wasting my time. Always out of something I need. Despite being a "warehouse store."
