stop lying to customers. Telling them items can be picked up same day or next day. When that is definitely not possible. Was told I could pick up lawn tractor next day by geneva store employee and website. And this is not even possible. John deere has to inspect tractors before they will release them from store. This takes 1-2 weeks I am told by manager at 1800homedepot. So stop informing people these items can be purchased and picked up next day.
The Home Depot (2111 S Randall Rd, Geneva, IL) stated on May 9th, 2020 that they are not accepting ANY price match, which directly contradicts their corporate policy and the multiple signs posted in their own store. This came directly from the PRO desk manager, who stated the store manager initiated this policy. Reason? COVID-19. This doesn't make any sense. They are not requiring employees to wear masks. Impossible to shop there now. I am boycotting due to unsafe health practices and lack of concern for customer safety!!

Had to wait in line. No protection from the weather. If they are going to limit the amount of people in stores then put a temporary canopy so people can stand under until they wait there turn to enter The store.
We’ve been waiting for two months for our dryer delivery. Ordered on Black Friday and when we called to confirm delivery today, for the third time, the customer service representative said that the unit wasn’t even at the local distribution center yet - so we probably even see it this week. This is the third time we’ve requested days off from work to be home for deliveries that have been rescheduled. Terrible communication and big lack of respect for their consumers.
