RecommendedIt’s so nice when employees are wandering the aisles, looking for customers and to answer their questions. Ron really knew information about dehumidifiers. And Abigail at checkout should get employee of the year award! She was so kind and so helpful! When there was a discrepancy on the price, she quickly resolved it!! This place sets the standard for customer service!!
I love our Home Depot BUT I think it’s a poor decision that you force your employees to wear a mask for their entire shift. That is unsafe for them. Please give them a choice.
Update: We are completely satisfied with the care and response we received from the store managers. We appreciate their efforts and the care they took in responding to our situation. Thank you. They could recognize that due to COVID, people are not always able to come into the store. It would be kind of them to try and work with the customer in good faith during these challenging times and help find a solution, not be the problem. Staff always willing to help!
They need to find new carpet installers. After waiting a month and a half for our carpet order, we were FINALLY scheduled for install. After waiting hours for them to show, I called to find out where we were on the schedule only to be told we weren't ON the schedule. So MORE waiting. Don't they realize people lose vacation days to be home and they should show up?!?
