I went to the Streetsboro, OH Home Depot to buy a tub yesterday, 10/9/2020 at 4:15pm and asked store associates twice for help loading the tub onto a cart. After 15 minutes of waiting, we left as nobody came to help.
RecommendedIt is a great store and good people.
poor service. Accusations of stealing made by cashier while I placed merchandise into a cart directly in front of the cashier. No excuse for such poor judgement

You had helpful staff BUT Did not find the 1 1/4 to 1 1/4 inch pvc pipe connector please order more asap it's pain to run around just so i can finish my bathroom sink.
I attended a workshop that was so informative. The instructor was very knowledgeable. I look forward to attending another. The staff is always so helpful and know their products.
A big thank you to Dave for helping me out tonight. I was so confused & he helped me to find all the right screws, nuts & washers I needed for an outside bar I repainted. He was so kind & courteous too. Thank you so much! Rose
