I have spent thousands of dollars at this home depot, the customer service has finally gotten so bad I will avoid going here again at all costs and tell all my associates the same thing. I ordered 23 cases of tile yesterday morning, today I come to pick up and they let me know they only have 21 cases even though I have already paid for 23 and not even a phone call. my homeowner expects job to be completed on time so now I will drive 2 hours away to pick up 2 boxes. the service was awful and rude employeees
The store seemed cluttered and dirty and wasn't busy at all. Several employees walked passed me without even acknowledging me being there.
Absolutely the worst store and management I've ever encountered.
