This STORE does not answer the phone! When your order doesn’t show up on scheduled delivery date and you call and call then go to the local store and they try to call and they don’t answer another stores call, so you drive down 40 minutes because this is where your order was defaulted to because the items are in stock, then you find out your order was grabbed by a contractor so that is why the order didn’t show up which leaves the non contractor out of luck and there is no call from Home Depot! First off, pick up the phone. Secondly, in the middle of a social distancing pandemic, you should have chat and other modes of communication available vs waiting on the phone for over an hour to be disconnected!!!
Get an order delivered on the time requested. Thank you home deport for cost me $1K for an electrician to sit around and do nothing. Be a long day in hell before I order something from you again. Here I come Lowe's
Do not buy at HomeDepot. I bought a double oven stove. It was supposed to be delivered and installed yesterday before 11:45am. They got home after 12:15pm. They didn’t have the parts to install the stove and promised another team were coming after them to do it. They didn’t and when I went to the store was informed that they are not doing it until Wednesday or Friday. I took a vacation day to wait for the delivery. I don’t care it was a 3rd party. I’ve been shopping here for a number of years and staff has always been amazing- today put the icing on the cake! I foolishly left my cash back in the checkout machine and didn’t realize it until a few hours later. When I returned this afternoon for another material run I figured I would ask if anyone turned it in, of course expecting a no. But, to my surprise one of the cashiers noticed it, reprinted the receipt and held it at the reg. There are good people- honest- people still in this world! I wish there were a zero star option. Y'all were rude as all hell to my mother and I hope you fired whoever was working at the Norwood location who was blocking the brooms. She deserves compensation.
