Not a single Home Depot or Lowe's in southeastern Massachusetts that has rock salt or ice melt in stock -- "We won't be getting any more in, it's out of season" is the stock response, in the middle of February in New England. In the meantime there's another storm on the way for tomorrow. How stupid and out of touch can you be? Just one of the beauties of supply and demand market capitalism.
