WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT! HD is charging customers for next day delivery and failing to deliver, knowing that they have no intention of delivering on time, or EVER, in fact. My household has had two incidents in the past few weeks. The problem is that HD is using unreliable and uninsured and/or underinsured private contractors through a low budget delivery service called Roadie. These contractors cancel orders. My wife and I have an ongoing issue with a delivery order where we only got half of the items we paid for. We have been calling the store multiple times for the last 3 days and keep getting hung up on. One time someone answered the phone and left it on, but walked away. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Home Depot Everett absolutely fantastic to their employees in a crisis. , they actually show much they care! so happy my son Mathyieu was hired to work at a truly good working environment thank you
Lots of parking, hardly any lines and my person at the pickup area was friendly and helpful
they make the smallest amount of employees work more hours than possible to save money and give store managers huge bonuses.
The outside looks like a dump.
I went into the Home Depot uncertain of what I’d find for Halloween Decorations and when I asked an employee if they had any, the employee stated loudly “What are you blind?! They are right behind you!” Excuse me I don’t make it a habit of scouting an entire store before I approach some1 and having been there only a handful times, I was immediately taken back plus I do wear glasses and what if I was blind? Is that how you approach customer service? God help an actual blind person request help ..
