While shopping there today, I was picking out something on a shelf when someone stole my cart full of merchandise. Security's response was that because I had not yet checked out, they would not pursue it. Faced with having to shop for everything all over again, I left and won't go back. They could have reviewed the security video, but didn't. They could have alerted cashiers and floor staff, but didn't.
This place is terrible no knowledge completely disorganized and god forbid they had actual humans for check out other than the one guy in charge of the four self check outs (2 of which out of service or closed) who was rude and lazy SHOP LOCAL if you need a reminder why, visit this place for something simple it shouldn’t take more than an hour
Not complaining about the Mahwah store but more so about the policy when it comes to washers. Bought a washer 8 weeks ago broke down after using it one week. To get it service is a nightmare and they redirect me to the manufacture even though I bought it trough Home depot and have extended warranty. My washer still broken. The part that needs are backed order and Home depot wont exchange the machine even though is new and I was asking for a replacement as soon as It broke down. This has made my life so difficult.
