Ordered a dishwasher. Was delivered and the company didn’t haul away the old one or instal it, even though we paid to. They said it would be another week for the install ridiculous. Offered a 5% discount for the “inconvenience” like they were doing me a favor. Will never use them for appliances again. Absolute rip off
Give more empathy to customer.Do not appreciate the return policy; Never shop there again.
I called and asked to speak to a manager. The front desk apparently refused. My problem is I have recieved two deliveries that were wrong. I still did not get my entire order and the wrong material was not picked up. I wish someone would help me.
Good prices and always find what I need at the Depot
Very pleasant and helpful.
Such poor customer service. They are supposed to honor the price that is marked on the shelf. If they don't keep up with the fact that something is moved that's their fault not the customers. Especially when there's a $4.00 difference. Extremely rude cashier also. Next time I'll wait and go to the local hardware store!!
