OK social media I need your help. I have gotten nowhere with Home Depot or Samsung Appliances. I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer from home depot online on June 24th got it delivered July 1st and the dryer door shattered 3 days later on July 4th. I had the repair scheduled for july 13th and the repair shop cancelled the day of saying they couldn't get another repair scheduled for another week. I placed an order online for "express delivery". Their ordering system would only allow me to select items they had in stock at the time. I completed my order, paid nearly $3K, and had a delivery date a week after the day I ordered. The day of the scheduled delivery, I checked online for the status because I didn't get the call that morning that I should have about the delivery. To whom it may concern at Middletown Home Depot... today I had a washer and dryer delivered.. the gentlemen were rude #1... second they did not install my washer and dryer which I paid EXTRA for ... THEN I called to speak to someone and whatever individual that answer the phone was disrespectful and had no customer service skills... Ordered 3 cabinets, only got 2 delivered. The tracking shows all items were delivered so the Home Depot response was “take it up with your credit card company”. Really? A decent company would find out where the missing item was and ensure delivery. NEVER AGAIN.
