Thank's to Julius, Home Depot employee, who volunteered to help me with the cutting of piece of wood when seen I am about to leave the store- was waiting there for assistance. People's attitude is all customers need, so Julius for me is a man with a business approach. Thank you again. I hope, that Home Depot appreciates its employees great (not easy at all) job and make a raise for someone like Julius.

I have been waiting for my bamboo flooring all week. Every day they say so sorry it didn't come today, tomorrow for sure. Now on Friday (5 days later) they say oh that's being handled by a third party and the only information available is it is en route. Well it is bamboo so it could be on a slow boat from China.
At least it wasn’t busy at 7 pm, but as usual in this store it’s difficult to get help to find a product. I got sent to 6 for a shower drain and couldn’t find 1. Fortunately, the young delivery man took the time to find out that the drains were on 8 and even escorted me to the exact spot. Time after time someone on the floor has called for help that has never arrived. Also, tile and especially quarter round choices are extremely limited.
