Good Equipment I rented a floor sander from home depot and was very satisfied with the equipment as well as the rental price. I would recommend renting from them for any home improvement projects.
we had a really unfortunate experience last night and it made me feel as if I was expecting too much. first, it took a while to get the cashier to fix the pricing error, but after about 10 minutes, that got resolved. we bought 40 sheets of 4'x8' drywall, was given help loading it onto the cart, then had to wait for the cashier to open the garage door. the most frustrating part was no one offered to help us load it into our truck, so we had to do it all on our own. we felt like a burden for needing basic support from staff bu... read more

I made a $165.00 payment Oct 27, 2020 it is now 11/5/20 yet the store declined my card. Credit card is $750.00 limit available credit should be $140.00 the store still declined a small $ purchase...I will never shop HD again!
Spokane store on Sprague has horrible customer service!

So I just read a post that was shared. Your store manager had the audacity to tell a veteran that his veteran ID is NOT valid? Umm last time I checked a federally issued ID is valid for anything as a means of ID as long as it is not expired. Both my Grandfather and Uncle served. Military members regardless if active or retired are on the front lines providing you the liberties and freedoms you come to value and live your lives for. So I am at Home Depot today and the older gentleman in front of me shows his ID for a veterans discount. The clerk tells him he does not qualify for a discount so the gentleman asked to see a manager. They ask me to go to another line because this may take a few minutes. I tell them no thanks I want to hear this. So a young cocky full of himself moron comes to talk to the gentleman and says no you do not qualify.
