I just loaded up my car and am in the parking lot as I type this. Sean’s customer service was about the best I’ve experienced. I asked him where 2 products were and he led me to them in the aisle, didn’t just point me in the direction. He also noticed I had my 20-month old daughter with me and asked where my car was parked so I could check out closest to that exit. He ended up ringing me up in customer service himself and escorted me to my car where he proceeded to figure out how to fold down my back seat so the curtain rods... read more
My husband went in to purchase an item and the store associate told him the aisle was closed and then would not get the item for him. He had to walk out empty handed. First time I've ever heard of a retail store not allowing a customer to purchase anything, sounds like a self-defeating business model.
I work there and I LOVE IT!! Great place to work and a great place to shop �
Call to set an appointment for carpet and the guys tells me that he is to busy to schedule it. I go to give him my phone number and he hung up on me.
