Having quite the experience with the flooring dept. Not quoted installation prices correctly. Not quoted trip charges correctly. Charged for furniture removal that is not supposed to be done. Overcharged for the entire purchase of 2 room of carpet. Refunded the wrong amount and still waiting for my phone call from Connie in customer support to get the remainder of my money. should have learned my lesson to not shop there when I paid for delivery of my $2700. refrigerator was dropped off at the end of my long gravel driveway.... read more
I'll spend my $1000 at a place that don't force people to wear masks and compromise my immune system. You BETTER require masks in spring and fall during flu season too! Hell masks 365 days a year, viruses are around daily.

I just had patio furniture delivered with no assembly instructions or assembly parts.
Once the floors are done, we are done with Home Depot!! They finally found the missing box a month later!!! Wanted to know if I still needed it, yea since almost two boxes of the recent order was junk and the box calculator does not work right since we still need 9 more boxes. Did the surveys and no response, couldn’t even upload the pic of unfinished floors and broken pieces. Not user error since I’ve had multiple people use it. Overall the cost at Home Depot exceeds the cost from a floor company with install
Waited 30 minutes for a consultation for an exterior door and Nicholas was nowhere to be found. Called the front desk and they paged him and he still didn’t come for another 10. I decided to just leave and on my way out I saw him wandering around laughing with another coworker. A waste of time and I will be using another company to complete this project.
Between slow & snippy in the paint depot... been here for 20 minutes & still waiting.
