Everyone else who has high reviews here must be shopping at a different Home Depot because this store is horrible! I could walk around for hours and never once be asked if I needed help. The people who work here do not know the first thing about customer service. I can not tell you how many employees I can see walking around on cell phones and never once make eye contact to help me out. Good luck finding anything here. Never I mean never buy an appliance at this store 6701 w alameda Lakewood colorado. It seems that no one is competent. On 8/31 I purchased a washing machine but the guy who rang it up used the wrong model number. After 3 trips to the store to cancel that order and purchase the correct model it is still screwed up. Something is supposed to be delivered today but not the correct machine. The correct one is scheduled for tomorrow. No one from appliance department to customer service can figure it out.
