Nobody ever helps you and the people who work there seem to try to avoid contact . I don’t mean just now because of COVID . It’s always . It’s only worse now than ever . It’s like they never even ask you if you need any help . I’m talking as long as I’ve shopped there , which has been years . I’ve just decided to say something today . I understand not wanting to get close enough to a person right now but we do wear a mask and we are not up in your face . I had to hunt for someone to cut a board . They were standing around ta... read more

Workers at this location are underpaid, overworked and underappreciated. I see that management is now forcing their employees to wear masks, but customers are allowed to roam freely without them AND they're still accepting returns. Shameful.

I refuse to patronize a corporation that FORCES their associates to wear masks, despite healthy people being discouraged from doing so by the World Health Organization. I swear terribly when shopping at this location, which as any contractor will tell you, is known for their poor air conditioning. If I feel faint just standing in line, I can't imagine what the poor employees are now enduring while being forced to wear a useless mask 4 MONTHS INTO THE PANDEMIC. Utterly shameful. https://www.cnn.com/…/coronavirus-who-masks-rec... read more

Dear management, We're now four months into a major pandemic. Why are you just now suddenly forcing employees to wear face masks, while simultaneously accepting dirty/nasty returns from customers? Your returns line is out the door. Don't you think it'd be wiser to prohibit returns, as all major retailers have been doing, rather than forcing people to wear masks that are proven ineffective?

As others have addressed, why is this location forcing associates to wear masks in prevention of COVID-19, but still accepting tens of thousands of dollars worth of weekly household returns? Were these items sterilized prior to restocking? Were these customers encouraged to wear masks, or wipe down the products they brought home to their germs? And yet, forcing your associates to wear masks will prevent the spread of COVID-19? Clueless management. Clueless corporation. Fox News, News 13, etc. need to hop on this story. It's ... read more

Really been a Home Depot supporter for a long time. How are you not shutting down stores right now? At the very least limiting it to contractors only. I’ve met many retired incredibly helpful workers at Home Depot. For a company that I think tried to do right by it’s employees staying open is just a huge health risk to them and everybody else.

I'm now a Lowe's customer. The Titusville Home Depot does not like to actually show me where something is when I can't find it.
