Home Depot to the rescue! We need some kind of ramp to get RJ and his shower chair into the shower. Came in here to ask for help and they are building one for us while I wait. Took some thinking outside of the box on their part. These two guys are amazing!!!
A big shout out to the Manager here at Home Depot, Bill Rogers. I've been buying (in my opinion) too many replacement light bulbs for my stores bathroom fixture. It says it lasts 4 years (w 6 hr per day usage). We're nowhere near that. So he was kind enough to credit me a replacement. Very cool. I'll be back. You should go to Home Depot in Frazer, PA!
The customer service is horrendous. My uncle ordered appliances and was promised a delivery date and 4 days later still nothing. Numerous calls to both the store and corporate office have yielded no results or anything for the inconvenience. It has now affected the entire family. Guess your not aware how bad social media can get.
Love this store. Great experiences everyone very helpful. Including the store manager bob.If someone can't help you just ask for the manager.
Everyone was very friendly and eager to offer assistance.
