don't shop there! they have no idea how to run a store! you will be sitting in a long line for ever to spend your hard earned money! just go somewhere else. plenty of places to go where they actually have checkouts open and want to get you in and out!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We bought all of our supplies from this Home Depot and now that they are paid we don’t have any of our stuff and they never submitted measurements to the counter company so we are 5 weeks out on a project that we should be done with next week. The customer service is terrible and management doesn’t care one bit.
bought a light fixture, installed it went to get the globes and they are all broken, called was told bring them back would get 25%discount. explained I live 75 miles one way to get to you. so I loose 40 Dollars for 7 dollar discount. even called home office. you would think. they would have away to fix problem s like this cause I looking at a month before I get back to any home Depot. thank God for home Depot off academy Colorado springs they will help. home office they suck also. here a thought Ace mails out coupons 10% off... read more
It took an hour and a staff of 6 with a manger to buy a tool chest....and I had to get help from another customer in the parking lot to load it because despite being way over staffed with people whom stand around and gossip, they didn't have enough people......pathetic.
