Don’t bother trying to call the store. No one answers. Not even to let them know you are there for a curbside pick up. Just have to pray someone nice comes out and notices you. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
The security guards allowing customers inside are rude and nasty not only to the customers but to the employees. The military style antics are unacceptable.

DO NOT CHOOSE THEM TO GET YOUR FLOORS DONE. Install was performed on June 22nd. I am still waiting for the company they contracted, American Carpet Services, to come fix the work they did. The contractor left early without finishing the job, showed up late to finish the work, cut up and discarded the leftover flooring. Both the flooring company and Home Depot have not been helpful during this situation.
I will NEVER order anything from home depot again! We ordered a patio set on May 23rd which was suppose to be delivered to our house by June 12th and it never showed. I had to call all their different carrier companies to find out it was “lost”. So whatever we cancelled the order and had to reorder it and have it shipped to the South Plainfield store and it was suppose to be there between 6/22-6/27 and here we are AGAIN without our patio furniture, calling Home Depot and not getting ANY answers.
