This stores sucks ass!! The customer service is nonexistent, the manager is irrelevant and the employees simply don’t care. We have tried to get help for the last 20 minutes and NO ONE CAME. As a manager, I would have checked to see why no one is responding, as an employee, I would have tried to find SOMEONE that could help. All you hear is I’M JUST A CASHIER ( and you wonder why)�

Very bad experience from beginning until current!
We bought a washer and dryer. Buy the package to install and take the old ones. They deliver but want take the old machine out and leave it still hooked up. I was told to call a plumber. I made sever calls and after being put off and sent to recordings by several I wind up calling Royal Flush Plumbing in Jonesboro. My wife just got out of the hospital from heart surgery and we have a back load of clothes and it was getting bigger. The plumber gets here 3:30 and is finished with labor and all by 4:30 and its $325.00 for insta... read more
