I always have very awful experiences with returning things for store credit. I mean really! I'm bringing back perfectly good merchandise I purchased to get store credit and I'm denied? That's crazy. I spent about $4000 a week there with me and My customers. Guess I'm switching to Lowe's. Home Depot has lost interest in their customers concern and service has become very poor. Also unqualified people are working at all these Home Depot's nowI know they probably won't care but they lost my business today and forever
