I had a really bad experience at the Austell GA location to the point I will most likely never step foot or order anything from home depot again. I went up to the tool/rental counter to ask about renting one of the trucks. The guy flat out yelled "no!" at me and left me feeling very confused. I had to ask why and he said those are broken down. Worst depot ever, poor organization and dirty store. They never have construction material carts and if they do they are falling apart. We have already discussed the issues with corporate.
I was a $2k a month customer. I rented a tool from The East West connector store that was not working as it should. I called to have it fixed while I had it under rental and they came, but did not repair the unit. When I took it back, they not only didn’t make it right with me, but certainly had a cavalier attitude.....all the way to the top. Department, assist manager and obviously The Store manager. I have stopped trading with Home edit. They forget who their real customers are.

Slow service as always in this store. It was a good store a few years ago. I should have to chase someone down to get asistance.
