I went in to pick up an item in Will Call at the Home Depot in Gilroy and was pleasantly greeted by one of their customer service representatives, Bob. I give him 5 out of 5 Stars. Pleasant, professional fun and kind. This is my Home Depot store

Try the store in Morgan Hill I can't be worse than this. Sunday afternoon 1 o'clock they have ONE cashier.
"Sometimes things go well, and sometimes they don't" REALLY??? This is what we were told today by a gentlemen in the appliance department at the Gilroy Store. After failing twice to call and/or deliver our new refrigerator (over the course of a week and a half with no fridge), we ended up in the store today with questions. Full refund in hand, heading to Lowes. First attempt at a major purchase at Home Depot in Gilroy and our last. Never received the product!
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I waited for over 45 minutes today just to find out if the had any more foundation bolts. Then the guy told me they arrived 14 days ago and still are on the pallets. Thwn he said i should go to a diffrent home depot. What an asshole. Then he came back anoyher 15 minutes later and said he couldn't find them. No crap. What are the odds !!?? Never would have happened in Salinas or Seaside. Taking your customers for granted. Go to Lowe's and save yourself some bullshit. WORST HOME ... read more
