My grandfather with to this Home Depot to get a re-fill on gas ⛽️ there was no gas but a very nice employee told my grandfather to give him his three tanks and to call at 3pm called the gentleman told me that the truck had not arrived yet to call back in an hour. I’ve called and called only to be left on hold for 40 mins or hung up on
they deliver my washing machine all scratched up left me with machine blocking refrigerator and hoses on top I need new machine asap

The manager is a joke here. He hung up on me and I’m getting 500 different answers from every employee that works there. Will be calling his boss and every single boss on top of that as well
Poor customer service, it's been over a month since I have been waiting for my online order and each time they keep sending me the order. The first time , they send me the wrong item; only to find out my item is no longer in Stock. Now its the time second im here, only to find that it's incomplete AGAIN, There's no MANAGERS around the resolve this issue, no ONE can explain what happen to my order.
