Service sucks! Have someone paged to help you find something, no one shows! Asked a man that works there for help, he said its on aisle 9 you can find it!!
Employees walk around like zombies and do not ask customers if they need assistance they need serious overhaul employee redo work over
I always get good service if I have to wait to long I'll ask one of the employer for help they never turned me down. Will go back.
Why is no one in the area when you need help. Waiting in front of the paint counter 10 minutes.
Would like to say that the store manager Bradley and appliance employee Christina have went above and beyond to keep a customer satisfied. I had major issues with Samsung, off and on since October, who was not backing a defective product. Samsung may not back they're products but Home Depot definitely takes care of their customers, Bradley and Christina took care of me. I can not express my gratitude enough for taking care of my problem. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP BRADLEY AND CHRISTINA!!!!
Thankful they corrected the mismatch paint we purchased Thursday ..
I have to give Home Depot credit we were standing outside Petsmart on Black Friday and one of the workers brought us all over donuts from Lamar's!! Way to go home depot!!!
