THANK YOU!!! You guys are lifesavers and your staff is wonderful. After an absolutely horrendous customer service experience at the Home Depot at Fairfax Circle, I was told to drive to the Annandale location to pick up the rest of my items for free. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. He was able to find my items and, with the permission of his manager, rang them up for me free of charge to make up for the horrible experience I had at the other store. Hate is mildly!!! So far they taken my money promised delivery of a stove twice, that did not happen, informed me that there would be a phone call on Monday afternoon to confirm third delivery and now They can cannot guarantee the delivery tomorrow because it is not in the computer system and they cannot contact the delivery people. All Home Depot want to do is keep blaming GE and the installers and delivery people but they sure cashed my check for delivery and installation!!!
I used to shop at Home Depo for all my Garden needs after seeing the news reports regarding the employee in New Jersey. I will NO LONGER. I do not understand how it was approved by management for the employee to wear... I am disappointed.....
Got a terrific Ryobi cordless weed trimmer and leaf blower yesterday. They are quality products and absolutely superb
