Your delivery service is a nightmare. I even think that they don't know the job and they are talking about staking kit of $35 compared to $2000 washer and dryer machine bought already 3 weeks now. I paid for all and the cashier made a mistake and used the wrong paperwork and since then I have been treated like a stupid man. When I remember Sears service. I regret why I went to Home Depot, I could have even gone to Lowes as well since there is one not far from my house in Germantown Maryland.
today the line was great go early but unfortunately not much physical distancing and some employees where not social distancing and without masks. as a customer I am wearing my mask and listening to employee direction to entrances and exits and tape on floor but please have your employees do the same and if they chose not to social distance or physical distance let them but not in front of customers thank you for allowing me to comment.

Newton in the electrical section was great. He created a section for the “no home” items and found the item I was looking for. Every Home Depot should take a note from him and use this idea.
I went to the store with had a unique canvas and wanted a diy project in mind. I want to buy wood lumber and create my own frame. Tim from Gaithersburg ( door department) totally got my idea and helped me out almost for 2 hours and helped me to finish my project. I am so thankful to Tim, for spending time with me and for giving me ideas. BIG THANKS to him for a great customer service. He should receive a bonus / award for a good listener and a great human being.
I really thought they were going to show step by step, from scratch how to make the end table. Kind of disappointed, but Andrew tried his best. He was nice to show me where to find the materials. Maybe next DIY will be better. I will definitely give Home Depot another chance.
