This store shows no concern AT ALL for the Governor's safety standards. I will NOT return.
I had a delivery scheduled today (4-23) and was told I would receive a phone call the day before giving me a 4 hr time frame. I tried several times the day before trying to find out, using their phone number (1hour on hold-finally hung up) Texted, and this morning I called the store and was told rudely it would be there sometime today between 6 am and 8pm. 16 hours after sending the text they responded. Just called The Home Depot bear my home. Inquiring about the delivery service, $79.00 same as Lowes Lowe’s offers veterans a 10% discount across the line. When I asked the young person if I could speak to a supervisor about a military discount all I heard was a dial tone

So many reasons I like Lowe’s and not Home Depot. I was in Home Depot for at least an hour walking up and down every isle and not 1 single employee asked if I needed help or even said a word to me, My husband had to stop one and ask. Then as soon as I was handed my receipt, by the Dude who didn’t say a word to us, he immediately got on his cell phone just like the 2 standing next to him and when trying to exit I had to maneuver my cart around 3 more employees standing around in front of the exit. Don't use there there measuring service or contractors.......what a joke. Don't bother complaining cause it goes on deaf ears by store and the Atlanta customer service.
