This store does not actively monitor guest or employees for the proper use of mask in the store. Observed several guests enter without mask and without employees addressing the matters and at least two employees who were wearing masks improperly. Below nose or below the chin.
I can honestly say people at this Home Depot don’t value their jobs at all. They have a teenagers running customer service who obviously don’t have any skilled but talking to each other, than helping customers. I waited 5 min for them to stop talking then I had to say excuse me just to ask a question. Then I proceeded to go to the window section and waited over 15 min for assistance. The diy class started about 45 mins later than it was supposed to. The information they gave on deck staining wasn't accurate either
Too bad that there is no 'minus'. My tool has been for diagnosis for six weeks now. For the last two weeks , it has been in the process of shipping - nobody knows where it is, nobody can tell me when I get it. Right now, I am holding the telephone line for more than 20 minutes, trying to talk to a manager.
