Ran over a speed bump and a curb but I got the last 7.5 foot pre-lit tree at Home Depot this evening in Alexandria for 79$! Thanks to a very kind and dedicated associate by the name of Hassan at store #4603, he not only held the tree for me in the front but he also carried my purchase out to my car, now that guys is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Exceptional customer service. Gerardo is the "go to" associate in the lumber department. Assisted me with relaxing and preparing new wood slats to replace old cracked ones.
We ordered a custom vanity from their website, it was delivered with a crack in the base. Then we ordered a second one, cracked top. They could not figure out how to give us a combined whole done despite the fact that they had a non-broken unit between the two, and insisted that we try and order again. No thanks.
It's Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. I've been waiting for almost 15 minutes AFTER someone called in for help and I still haven't seen an orange apron. C'mon Home Depot. I'm generally a patient person, but really? Hey if you see this, send help in isle 14. Thanks
