I went today I was able to find my lawn items on my own and that was a good thing. No one every asked if I need assistance. Then I went to the appliance section I saw several associates standing around, now I’m not sure if they wasn’t on the clock yet. But they was other associates in this area and when I asked politely can I get someone to assist me. The group of associates look never open their month. They are opening the door an hour after they advertise, creating long lines outside putting people at risk.

The service is horrible. Employees stood around talking or on were on their cell phones. I finally left after watching 8 employees ignore me and act as if I was bothering. One lady refused to get up to assist me until I returned with the manager
the manger order that he not talk to custmers i have asked for 4 days to call me and never anced the stor in oxon hill suck s i would not go there again i have even ask for there dis office and said the same thing thy dnt talk to cusymers

Bought and paid for two $10 step ladders for online pickup. The store waits until 2 days later to tell me the no longer have any when there were plenty when I placed the order. If they had fulfilled the order within 2 hours as promised, I would have gotten my order fulfilled. The 1-800 customer service reps are less than useless. I was put on the call for 30 minutes and never did get my step ladders.
I just wanted to leave an excellent customer service review. Donovan in plumbing was so patient today with my son who needed all these things for his science project that I knew nothing about. He watched the video numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed to have a successful outcome. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you Donovan!!!
