We come an hour to shop your store. There is a problem with getting boxed in at the loading zone. Two trucks sat in the front for over an hour. I saw your employees look at the situation but not bother to page them to move their vehicles if not loading. We had to contact someone because 3 trucks that were actually loading could not leave. It was obvious to all those trucks were there for over an hour.
Poducts are good, but customer service is not. For everyday instock purchases you can do yourself, most times they are always helpful, but when it comes to special orders like kitchen appliances, and window blinds, cs falls short. Price changes, wrong items ordered, failure to give promised install services.
Their customer service is not consistent, some days good and some days really bad. Got in line with one person in front of us, cashier may have been awesome to the customer she was helping, but, she neglected to inform me that she was on her last customer. Didn't find out till an employee stood behind us and she looked up and said, sorry, closing after this customer. Only waited 4 minutes to tell us.
Went yesterday for a class to learn how to install floor tile and not one employee knew this was even happening. So the guy that was supposed to run it had never taught a class before and didn't know how to get his supplies together to teach the class. I waited for 20 minutes and the employees were just staring at me and not saying a thing. Finally I just left frustrated and very bummed out since my floor still needs to be done. Needless to say I won't ever sign up for a class again
The store looks great and everything very organized but the customer service really poor . My mom and I and my cuz buy two Christmas trees so we waited over 20 minutes to get help we are us three or four Associates to call someone to get help us with the Christmas trees and nobody came finally someone shut up after 30 minutes. Maybe this ship rumor help for the holidays.
