We just went to return merchandise. There was a Home Depot associate who came out and started lecturing us on how we weren’t standing in the proper place, then he stood at the door and monitored our entrance. When I stepped up to perk around the door and see how long it would be, the associate named Marcus told me to get back in line and proceeded to lecture me saying that ‘people like you are why this world is in trouble’. Way too many people not practicing social distancing and not wearing masks! It's a covid nightmare. Turn it into a testing site.
I was there last Saturday on 5/2/2020, I noticed that customers did not follow COVID 19 rules (six feet distancing). Half of the customers did not wear masks and gloves. They just went in front of you left or right, since it it was a normal day. I saw kids running. The store needs to enforce the regulations, just like what Costco and Safeway are doing.
We had "delivery" of our new washer and dryer. The washer could not be installed because the drainage hose was too short. The dryer was not installed because they had the wrong plug. I called Home Depot and their only solution was for us to return the washer/dryer. We currently do not have any washer/dryer hooked up as they placed the old ones downstairs. The installation group refused to hook those up. Our experience with Home Depot is horrendous. We are in the market for a new refrigerator, but will never shop at Home Depo... read more

Not this one, have been on hold for more than hour each day for past three days waiting on an associate. They NEVER PICK UP
