Screwed up delivery of washer and dryer 2 times for a wait of 3 weeks after waiting a month and a half for the original delivery date
Honestly I do not go to Home Depot much as I think their prices are high. However my daughter had gift cards so we went there this past Fri as she is remodeling her kitchen. went to the appliance area and older gentleman in maybe his 60s helped us if thats what you would like to call it.. i walked up and waited for him to get off the phone and when he did so he asked how he could help me and as I started telling him what I needed, he immediately started talking over me to another employee. It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. I will never set foot in this store again after the way I was treated in the check out line in the garden center today ... Cashier with mask under her chin refused three time to pull it up before she came around the shield to "gun" the merchandise in my cart??? I explained I'm 71 with one lung and not taking any chances all she would say was "we aren't required to"??? When I told her I would speak to her manager she said to go for it ... I just walked out of the store without my merchandise and don't intend to ever go back .... read more
We were in process of buying a new refrigerator and having it delivered, but then they mentioned the contractors they have will not drive on gravel, our driveway is rock so they said they would deliver it to the street and we would have to get it to the House 😳 They definitely lost a customer, Lowe’s will be delivering it in 2 weeks.
