The people are very nice and very helpful. They also seem to have just about everything I need for my projects, also the door installer did a great job on my new door.
The manager Nick was great to us . He helped me twice with purchasing a new Rug.
During a recent trip, I realized that my dog was not a fan of using his stepper to get out of the rental car. Stepping in to the car was okay but not getting out. So, I located and made a trip to the Home Depot (S. Tamiami Tr) with stepper in tow to see how I could modify and make the stepper higher. Searched for a three-step ladder that was light in weight and found one. Went through checkout and the cashier overcharged by $10. Went to customer service to get money back and they said their systems were down and couldn’t do anything about it. We will need to make an hour trip to return to try and get our refund. Disappointing
