Worst phone customer service.... literally hung up on while being transferred 6 times to doors and windows... I guess they don't want my business, seeing as how I've was trying to order 24 interior doors. Guess I'm going to Lowes..
Worst customer service I've had!!! Steer Clear! They changed associates in hardware, department shelf's are bare. The associate name Dot cannot find anything. She left to find me a drill, came back 30 mins later couldn't find anything. Not only I waited patiently she came back to emotional manipulate me left with no tool. This truly discouraging and disturbing this company keeps these people. Get Your employees Under Control!!!!

Store itself is fine, I was able to return what I needed to but Denise might want to work on acting a lil less dead inside. Just wasn’t friendly. Very bold to just say “yeah” in response to “have a good day”.
I went to get a microwave. There are many brands....I wanted a medium sized with good ratings. I choose a 1200 watt Panasonic microwave for $279.00.
