Just bought a brand new refrigerator from this store. The sales staff was excellent. I paid an extra $99 as well for delivery. Once the date of delivery was set I then tried to get a 4 hour window as previous appliances we have bought from this store. Instead the Home Depot information line could only tell me sometime between 6am and 8 pm . They also confirm that since this was an off brand it isn't considered a major appliance (even though it's a full size frig) so they could not provide any better window for delivery. My Hubs and I stopped into Home Depot and waited for someone to unlock the merch. I received the best customer service from Ms. Sassy. I would like to recognize her for the personal assistance received while shopping for a trimmer, power washer, and lightbulbs. Thanks for all of your suggestions and recommendations. Ms. Sassy again thank you for making our shopping experience pleasant.
I just want to congratulate the Home Depot staff. John was one of the nicest clerks I have met. He helped me find the things I was looking for and got someone to help me out. I don’t remember the other helper’s name, but he was over 6ft with dreads. He helped me find the items and load them into two flat beds. Strong guy! I have found the pro-desk less and less helpful. The amount of advertising the company does to get people in the door is huge, yet often once we are in there and I bring a tool request to them they have the tool on site yet claim it is an online only deal or are too busy to put the order in for me. Again, they have the tool/battery on site in my hand but want me to go home and order it with free delivery to the same store next week.
