we placed an online order for delivery, was not delivered and their system shows an attempted for delivery which was not true. first and last time we order from HD. Have order form other retailers without this problem. in top of everything been on hold on the phone for more than 2 hours.
I ordered a cart 4-3-2020. it has not yet even been pulled from an inventory. I need to cancel but now I have to wait until I receive it, take it to the store and return it. Totally rediculous and a complete waste of time!
Worst customer service and being lied to your face. When your online order comes in and it's damaged and the store associate tells you it's just dirt. When there was scratches all over the product I order. Took them 20 minutes to get it from the back of the store to the front when you can tell the store is really slow and no busy. Then you tell the manager that's working and he doesn't seem to care about what I told him !
False advertising, they give me one price on internet and when I try to buy the products they change the price

Without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have had with any retail outlet. A new kitchen cabinet order has been so utterly screwed up the job is now a month behind while we wait for 3 new cabinets to be delivered. I was told the cabinet manufacturer would rush the replacements for delivery last Wednesday. Well, a week later still waiting and perhaps the most irritating aspect is no email or phone follow up. I would NOT RECOMMEND Home Depot for any kitchen remodel jobs.

Every time we come to this Home Depot the inventory is incomplete on. The shelves. Then we ask the people standing near to get something from a shelf above. They call someone who never shows up to help. We always end up driving to Lowe’s it’s a bit further but the assistance is great. The shelves are stocked. And the people want to help you find what your looking for
