Richard from the Hardware department was very helpful and got me what I was looking for even if it was on the top shelf. Even helped me through check out.
The Garden Center had a good selection but I was looking for rare finds which was their specialty. I was able to locate 3/4 I didn’t currently have. The cashier (unfortunately I don’t have the name) was friendly, knowledgeable and had exceptional customer service skills. It was Wednesday 8/12 around 3:30. Home Depot should ensure they tell the employee thank you for providing exceptional customer service, I’m sure it’s not a rare occurrence for the employee.
