I was shopping in your store last week and kept over hearing some white female working using the N word more than once. That is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE! I didn't want to cause a scene, (which I should have) and left my items and left the store because I was so angry. IF I decide to shop there again, and I see her or hear her use that language and she isn't fired right then and there, your company proves they support racism just like the rest of this racist town.
We stopped in to check out plumbing fixtures and a shower stall. The lady at a front cashier asked if she could help us but only pointed as to what aisle to go to, she should’ve sent a person to help us. It wasn’t busy and felt poor poor customer service.
I spent 2 hours getting SKUs for a Will Call on 10/29/16 and was told when I ordered that it would be ready 10/30/16 and I told the cashier and also another who I assume was a manager, I was picking it all up on that day anyway. Asked a friend to drive up there with a trailer to go get it all with me. Got there and it took 15 mins just for them to tell me it wasn't even picked. They are helpful in an unhelpful world. They even cut wood to size for me!
Thank you to Felisha and Home Depot for putting on a workshop for my Girl Scout troop! The girls had a blast and Felisha was great and very patient with them! Kudos to you for supporting our community!
Home Depot is the best. Always seem to find just what I need and good quality as well. Great service too.
