Great Home Depot! everytime i go to home depot i feel out of place. The size of the store is so enormous that i know that without help i would never be able to find what i need. But luckily i never have any trouble because there is always someone ready to help me find what i need no matter how busy it gets. I have been really pleased with their service and I definately will shop there again.
The best customer service This Home Depot has the best customer service - by far! I just bought a new house and had to have blinds for my windows - and of course, most of them had to be trimmed to customized length. The lady in the blind dept was SO helpful! She helped me find the closest sizes to the ones I needed, then trimmed them all. She was ver friendly and very competent and really seemed to know her business. We went in to purchase a refrigerator $2399, and a washer and dryer $548 each. Was told they matched Costco by salesperson. Go to service desk to order, and after we gave all our info, the manager tells the girl ringing us up they wouldnt match Costco because they were a wholesaler and not retailer. No problem. We left and went to Best Buy who was more than happy to match Costco’s price of $2199 for the fridge and they even found a lower price of $544 on both washer and dryer. oh, Home Depot did offer us $50 off, but I decli... read more

I LOVE that Home Depot allows us to bring our dog in the store. She is learning not to bark at every man who walks by. Of course, there are always jerks who don't clean up after themselves, their kids, or their dogs, but that doesn't make all of us bad! Roo gets excited when she is asked if she wants to go to Home Depot, and, we tend to spend more time, and money, in there as we walk the aisles. We don't go to Lowe's BECAUSE they don't allow dogs. (Not to mention they are not as good!)
The Home Depot on Custer Road is a freaking joke of a Customer service facility. Wanted to purchase some pressure treated 5/4 boards and we were told they had plenty when we called to check stock but they were outside not on the shelf but we were assured that would not be an issue. LIES! After an hour at the pro desk we were directed to the pro cashier and were told it would be pulled for us. Another 30 minutes went by because the cashier could not pull up the sku.
