while standing in the paint section, a cabinet fell open and the heavy door landed on the top of my foot. very painful! the employees standing there could have cared less. they came over to remove the door, which had been held up by electrical tape. pretty sure osha will not approve.
I worked in this store for 7 years and I knew many wonderful associate who were friendly and focused on the customers and their needs. It is a smaller store than newer Home Depots but it is a "small" store with a big heart.

Poor customer service I was told an item wasn’t in the store when in fact it was. Additionally, I attempted to purchase a washer and dryer and no one acknowledged me to help. Please teach your associates how to multitask.
After having been up over 18 hrs, I walked in to purchase supplies for my daughter's physics project. I was immediately greeted taken straight to the supplies and was done in 10 minutes. Everyone was overly courteous and so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Home Depot. I know I will be back.
Home Depot Is a Scammer. Beware when with Home Depot. They may send fake items to you. Becareful to check it before accept it.
I first went to the Home Depot in Allen and was told this store had 8 of the drill I was looking for. Unfortunately when we got to this store, they did not have any of the drill in stock. Juan was super helpful and gave me the upgraded drill at the same price as the other drill I was looking for. I was so happy with their customer service to make sure I left the store happy since I had already been to two Home Depots today.
