The worst flooring department ever. Don't buy flooring and have them install. You will be sorry. Shoddy work by U.S. Installations their installer. I wasted $3,000. Never again!

I wanted information on carpet. The carpet man was out to lunch . Another gentlemen came up to the carpet department. He did not know anything about carpet. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
How does a major company like Home Depot not require not just its customers, but it’s employees to be wearing masks?! This is a global pandemic, and to not be careful in of all places, Long Island, NY right now, one of the worst hit places in the country! This is unacceptable! The higher management of this store and the corporate offices should be ASHAMED!
Went to Syosset Home Depot Miter saw was on sale for $199.00 but were out of stock sales man said they have 4 in stock at jerico Home Depot. Drove to Jerico Home Depot Same Miter saw listed at $260.00 showed sales man photo and skew# from syosset he sugested i speak with customer service. Custermer service was useless they didnt even know who thier manager was they told me "Tony" and did'nt even Know how to contact him. Useless

The Jericho Home Depot has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. No one helps you at all. More like sends you on a wild goose chase instead. Don’t bother wasting your time in this dump.
Home Depot on Jericho turnpike only has self checkout open. Not one register is open in the store. Guess there's no Customer Service here.
