I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot, they delivered it Saturday. I paid an extra amount for installation. They came asked what we wanted to do with old refrigerator. I said could you take it? He says yes we normally do that, but do not have room on the truck for it . What? So I said well I guess set it on the curb. He says well that’s a 20 charge ? Again What? when you start taking away all the cashiers jobs I have no desire to shop there I will shop where there are cashiers that could actually answer some of my questions. you can't find any good help in any of your aisles because half of the people don't know what the hell they're even doing there they're just collecting a paycheck so good luck with your self-service cash out
We love Home Depot! The Garden section outside is amazing as well.
I have spent a ton of money there in the last 3 months it is sad it takes 15 minutes to find an employee in an aisle then when I ask where something is asle 24 or 25 and walks away thanks for your help. I'm so glad you and Lowe's have run all the mom and pop stores out and left us with arrogant, ignorant employees to deal with

Horrible customer service when we asked for help they were huffing like we bothered them and then at the register the lady wouldn’t get off her cell phone to even ring us up. I will be going a mile down the road to Lowe’s with my business from now on
Nothing like buying nearly 2000lbs. Of tile and thinset and not having one employee help with loading in the store or outside the store. I'll spend my $15,000 a year somewhere else!
I gatta say im very impressed with home depot i needed to return a piece i purchased for dish washer but with the move and all we misplace a receipt I go to Home Depot and I figure they're going to just give me store credit which is completely fine.
